Step 1: Get Specific or Go Home 🏠
I used to say, “I want to be more fit.” Great, but what does ‘fit’ look like? Is it running a marathon or just not gasping for air after a flight of stairs? It wasn’t until I defined specifically what I wanted to achieve — like doing 30 push-ups in one go — that my goal started to take shape.
